Our story: from struggle to support
Like many people, our founder was busy, tired, and juggling work and life, slowly putting their own health to the bottom of the list. Feeling low on energy, frustrated with their body, and overwhelmed by conflicting advice, quick fixes and short-term plans never truly lasted. This led to a powerful realisation: people don’t fail — systems without support do. This personal journey is what got Wellness Wave Nutrition started, driven by a passion to help people in Cork truly improve their health.
